Ex's diamond given to me
My fiancé now for five years didn't want to lose the value of the $5000 diamond that he gave his ex in a relationship less than a year prior to us reuniting.
he refused to get me a new set even though I was upset about refurbishing it. He did get the ring remade, it was a gold set and he got my set done in white gold but used all the diamonds and the Marquis cut diamond from her ring.
Id rather have a diamond that cost $1000 so it was only bought for my finger and never had to remind myself everyday I see I that even though it looks completely different it was orginally bought for another women.
He said he couldn't live with himself knowing that all of his hard earned hours or work in purchasing it & refused to trade it in for less value.
I would never "re-ring". What do u think?
