Its my first day bleeding so I took it like my Dr said. What should I expect today?

Shouldn't have any changes... next month & each month after, u'll probably feel less severe symptoms (lighter flow, less pain, less acne, less moodiness)

Just work on getting in good habit of taking every day consistently.

I had no changes except that I find kids cuter now. I think it's the extra estrogen in my system suddenly making me notice kids more.

You're staring birth control?  For the reason of not wamting children yet or to regulate cycles to become pregnant or what?

When I first started I felt sick to,my stomach and a headache. But I stuck it out and after a week or two,I was fine
