I had my ultrasound today at 23 weeks and it will be my last one until I deliver. The baby was spine up so he had a problem determining the gender. He said most likely it's a girl. He looked between the legs several times and we didn't see any balls or a penis, it just looked like a v. He said that it was possible that we could be surprised and it end up being a boy because of the way the baby was positioned. Have any of you had this happen with the baby being spine up? Was your ultrasound correct? So confused!
