Do you get yeast infections ?

TMI: I'm 9-10dpo today and have had a slight yeast infection for about 2 days now. I have had them but I don't get them very often. I know some women have this as an early pregnancy symptom but how many of you experience them in general? Do you get them as an early pregnancy symptom?
