Hello so on September 30 of 2015 i had gotten the depo shot and was told to come back 3 months later to get the 2nd one but i never went. So far my periods have been regular except for i think march 14th my period lasted til april 2 now its may 5 and i havent gotten my period but have had been experiencing some cramping pains in the abdominal area. Im scared that the cramping isnt period cramps but pregnancy cramps. Kinda confused beed some advice.
