Skin problem after blood drawn?

I had my blood drawn about 6 weeks ago , they first tried on my right arm but could not find a vein , so they took 5 viles from my left hand and 4 viles from my left arm. And ever since then my left arm where they took it from is so ugly, it has like brown and red patches. I thought at first it was bruising but its been 6 weeks and its still there.. what is wrong with my arm?! Sorry for the ugly picture , i just hate wearing short sleeves now because of this

I've had my blood drawn hundreds of times (as much as 15 tubes at once) due to medical issues and never had more than a brush. That almost looks like some sort of rash. I would talk to you doctor.
