I'm sure you've already read through the cleaning instructions, but sometimes stuff gets caught in the little holes. If you can't get it out with (cold) water you can poke it out with a tooth pick before you put it back inside you. And when you're done using it put it in hot water for a few minutes and put it away. I always sterilize mine before and after every period

So.. I have no problems in putting it so that I can't feel it or pulling it out but the thing is that it doesn't unfold inside me.. What can I do? I tried turning and moving, I tried to let air in but it doesn't work..
Any tips/advice?

I love my MeLuna so much!! A lot of people have trouble taking them out but what I do is the "hot dog method." When you take it out, you basically make a C-fold inside you with your finger in the C (as the "hot dog" in the menstrual cup "bun") and you pull it out. Apparently some people just pull it straight out and that hurts me just thinking about it lol. L
