I just recently made a purchase from mooncookies.net
They taste really good, but they're kinda expensive (in my opnion). But through her site I learned that despite popular belief, fenugreek can actually reduce milk supply. Try drinking lots of water, and eating whole oats (that and Brewers yeast are the main ingredients in all her products).

It did for me but gave me a nasty rash down my back (which was 2 weeks in to using it before my partner saw it ) I ended up on tablets for morning sickness there side effect was increase in milk supply the worked even better
