Tested negative then positive then negative

Help!! My last period was in december. Once im late for a month plus, i test and the result is negative. Another 2 weeks with no signs of pregnamcy i tested again and it came positive. 1 month later ard march... i started to bleed .. a little.. then sometimes alot then stop. And its on and off bleeding again.

Initially, i could feel the pregnancy symtoms like swollen and bigger breast and feel tired most of the time. After all the symtoms are gone. At 1st i thought it could be false alarm. I might not be pregnant and the bleeding could be my late menses. However, i am starting to bleed on and off . Sometimes heavy sometimes light. My friend told me i could be having a miscarriage. Please advise. I have not seen any doctor yet. Have book an appoinment for next week only. Please help ! 😢
