Will it ever happen???? :( we're been trying to conceive for 9 months now 4 of my close friends have now conceived and given birth or are about to give birth. Went to the doctor everything is fine, I just turned 30 and my husband is 35 we really didn't think it would be this hard to conceive (I know everyone is different but 4 friends got pregnant on their first or two months trying) each month I feel like I get depressed when AF comes. Now this month AF is expected 5/9 but I have cramps and an increase/snacky  appetite. What do you do to get out of this funk? How to you stay positive when it seems like everyone around you is pregnant or has kids.

It took us 9 months with our first, it was completely heartbreaking... I started using opks and temping the last few cycles and it helped.. I also took vitex and we used preseed.. But the whole ttc is heartbreaking

I know how u feel. I have been trying for almost 7 months now. All my friends had babies now. The youngest being 1 month old. And I just found out last week another is pregnant due in August. Even my sister in law is pregnant due in June. I feel like it will never happen for me. There are days I just want to cry and throw things all day. I'm looking into adoption of i don't get pregnant by the end of summers.

It's took us 17 cycles and I am 34, 33 when I conceived. If the Sr. said you are fine and you are not over doing it and over stressing, it will happen. But forcing too much sex and stressing about it can make it harder. And I know exactly how you feel. I he two close friends conceive within a month and have already delivered by the time I conceived. At one point I knew almost 30 people who were either pregnant or had delivered in the last year. It's frustrating and you feel like a failure, even if it's not your fault. So just try to relax, even though it's hard, and don't have too much sex or you will feel like it's a chore and hubby's sperm won't be as effective. Good luck and fingers crossed!

Its hard. I got pregnant our third month but then lost the baby so it feels like having to start all over. Its now going on 8-9 months since we first started trying.
