Severe nausea at night....:(
Anyone else have severe waves of nausea at night, that waked them from their sleep like i do?. ..its especially bad when i lay flat in bed...is this normal?..any tricks to deal with this? I'm 6 weeks and 1 day, first pregnancy :) and 39...don't know what to expect...nervous...
