is he over reacting?

so I was at my boyfriends this weekend and I got a random text from an old fwb I haven't spoken to in a long time @6am while I was asleep. I'm assuming he saw my lock screen when he got up later because it wasn't there when I got up. so he brings it up to me DAYS LATER and asks who he is, and I told him. then he asks why I didn't text him back and find out what he wanted. and then this 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
