First Ultrasound!

I had my first ultrasound yesterday at 7 weeks & 5 days. Everything looks great! I couldn't be happier. My rainbow baby 🌈👶🏻❤️ according to the Ramzi theory what would you ladies say I'm having? This was a transvaginal ultrasound.
