So I plan on not getting an epidural if I can at all stand the pain. But I've had adverse reactions to pain meds in the past so my OB wanted me to talk to a anesthesiologist to make certain there would be no complications.

Well I talked to him and I told him that I wasent planning on having one and he goes oh well that's probably a good thing, it would probably take awhile if we could do it at all...

Ummm ok I'm big I get it I'm 340 I've gained 35 lbs since being pregnant but carry it mostly in my stomach! My back isn't very fatty. I just felt very put off by him.

But my question is have any other plus size ladies been ok getting an epidural or should I just completely forget about it?
