Haven't had my period since March. Multiple home preg tests were positive and blood positive as well. Went to the doctors Tuesday for my first visit did a Pap smear said bleeding and cramping is ok. Woke up last night to cramping and period like bleeding. Went to the Dr today and my cervix is still closed but they couldn't see anything on the ultrasound. Doctor doesn't know if my dates are wrong or I started to miscarry naturally. My stress level is through the roof and I don't know what to think. Seems like the odds are against us having baby #2. I'm supposed to be 5w 6d has this happened to anyone else? Praying for a miracle.  Doctor ordered another HCG level and another ultrasound next week.
