Possibility of Pregnancy?
I'm mostly just asking just for some reassurance.
I've been on birth control for a year. The last time I picked up my birth control, they gave me a different set of pills than what I was usually prescribed. The pharmacist assured me they were just the generic form of what I was on, so I didn't give it a second thought.
However, the past 2 months on these pills, I have had insane amounts of clotting (passing clots between the size of a nickel or a quarter), terrible mood swings, and I dropped from 116 lbs to 102 in a month without trying. None of these things happened on the name brand pills I took for the first 8 months I was on bc. My withdrawal bleeding was also late the first month on the new pills and then last month, it came a week earlier than it should've.
This past week, I've just felt weird. I was pregnant this time last year, and I just had this feeling that I was before I tested. My sense of smell was off the charts, my boobs were huge, I felt this weird fluttering in my stomach whenever I laid down, and my discharge was like water and would soak through my underwear in a short period of time. I lost the baby between 10/11 weeks, so now I'm probably just paranoid of anything happening without it being planned and expected.
Now I have vomited once this week for no obvious reason, and I've been feeling that weird fluttering feeling again for about a week, off and on. But I also lost the baby this week last year, so it could just be that it's weighing heavily on my mind. On Tuesday, I walked the dog, and when I got back to the house I had this sharp pain in my lower abdomen for about 30 minutes. Like it knocked the air out of me it hurt so bad. I'd go to the doctor, but I really can't afford it right now. I figured I'd just wait and see if it was still bothering me in a day or two, but it's been fine since that afternoon.
But today, my fiancé got into an accident, and I was a nervous wreck. In the 30 minutes it took for me to pick him up and drive him back to our apartment, my discharge completely soaked through a pair of underwear, the same as I did last year early on in my pregnancy. This evening, I spotted enough to ruin a pair of underwear, but I'm on my first week of my bc, so I can't think of a reason why this would be happening. I already had my withdrawal bleeding. I have only missed 3-4 pills over the past year, and I always took them as soon as I remembered. Is there any way I could possibly be pregnant? I don't think I could be, but it's so hard not to psych myself out about this due to my previous miscarriage. What do y'all think? Could it possibly be implantation bleeding or something? Maybe I had a cyst burst or something? I just have no idea and no money for a doctor visit.
(Btw, I am going to buy a pregnancy test tomorrow just to try and be sure, but I gotta sleep tonight, and I'm just so worried that I could be pregnant.)
