Can you have pregnancy symptoms 3 days after you've conceived? I think I might be pregnant but it's too early for an at home pregnancy test. I'm having really bad nausea, some abdominal pains, hot flashes, and headaches. My breasts are a little tender but... not as bad as I would assume they'd be if I was pregnant?
