Freaked out

So ever since my very first appointment I've heard the heartbeat. My first appointment was at 4 weeks(HB 134) then 8 weeks(HB 170). Now my appointment for 12 weeks is on monday and everybody's miscarriage stories are freaking me out.This is my first pregnancy and I've never had a miscarriage. I've had no bleeding or complications. My only health problem was high blood pressure before I was pregnant. I'm on medication for it from my ob. But I'm so nervous I read all these horror stories. I'm almost 12 weeks and sometimes I think I hear the baby move but it might just be gas. Ha idk. I guess reading other people's bad experiences are really scaring me. Making me worry even more. I guess I'm wondering if anyone else feels the same way?
