I think most people aren't "truly happy" with everything they see. I think everyone would change at least one thing about themselves if they could. That doesn't mean they don't like their body.

I don't think I'm beautiful, but I don't think I need to be. I'm happy with myself as I am, freckles, moles, messy hair and all.

I'm happy with my face(I don't wear make up and never have) but I cut my hair into a pixie cut and I hate it so much. I think it makes me look so ugly. But it's getting longer. And the longer it gets the better I feel about myself again.
