Heavy bleeding

Hey. So wanted to share my story. I am 8weeks today. Last Wednesday I started spotting brown and went to the hospital. The baby was fine, there was a heartbeat, i got some progesterone pills. After a couple of days the discharge turned red so I went to the ER. I am in a hospital since Monday, blood is still here (period like so a lot of it), i am having u/s at least once a day, baby still there, heart beat as well. So we are waiting for the bleeding to stop. I don't accept any other option at this point... I had a mc two years ago at wk 5-6 (2 empty sacks)... I did hear my grandmother bled with her #3 throughout the entire pregnancy... Still I am worried sick... Any of you had anything like this and managed to deliver a healthy baby or know someone who has? 

I am sick and tired of all this blood and just want it to finally stop...i feel like a freaking blood machine right now. They sent me home for the weekend now and I have to go back on Monday to have another us and an update.
