Should I have every right to get birth control on my own without a parents consent? I respect my parents, but im not sure how they will react if they were to ever find out. Im not concerned with telling them, but if they were to find out should I get in "trouble"/lectured for having it? Im mature and responsible enough to know that this is what I need to stay safe and comfortable with my decisions after having unprotected sex with my boyfriend. Not only that, I feel as if I am too old to have that conversation. My boyfriend and I are saving enough money to get an apartment next summer and I think this would be a good start to adulthood without depending on my parents. Should I have the right to do this on my own?
