Chemical pregnancy or pregnant?!

Been off bc for a year, In December I ended up having a checmical pregnancy. Took many tests all were negative then got a couple super faint positives. Then negative tests started showing up again then started my period 2 days later. My period have always been 41-43 days apart. I'm about 10 days late, took 4  $.88 tests & they all were negative. Last one I took was Monday. Just took this this afternoon.  I have symptoms also, ones that can also be period symptoms. I know there's 2 lines but could it possibly be chemical pregnancy again? 2nd Line showed up right away
