Just want to see if this is normal

I had an abortion on March 19th (My mom basically forced me to get one) and I quickly got on nexplanon the same day. Me and my boyfriend had sex almost two weeks after the abortion. Each time we have sex he cums in me and afterwards my vagina is really sore. It stops over the next few hours but my vagina was never so sore after sex until recent times. Also, the cum doesn't stay inside it drips down everytime.
