I'm 34+4 and I have extreme pain in the lower back of my right ribs that I've had for about a month. But since yesterday, I also have a pain in the bottom front of my pelvic bone. Pretty much where that sweet spot is, not to be tmi. It hurts laying down, sitting, standing up. It's so weird.
