This is a negative right? I had a follicle scan yesterday and my doctor said I'd probably ovulate between Monday and Wednesday but it looks like a faint line there or am I crazy haha

It's an ovulation test. Just cuz there's a 2nd line doesn't make it positive. Test line as dark or darker than control is positive. This test is therefore negative.
