Confused on the pill

<a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> says I'm 10 days late for my period. Usually I'm right on time. I've been on microgestin for a few months now. Could the pill be affecting my period and causing me to be this late? Or should I take a pregnancy test? I have no symptoms... But this is odd for me
