Dizzy in the dark?

Does anyone else get super dizzy in the dark? As soon as I get up to flip on the light at night, I start wobbling and have to grab for the wall. Does this happen to anyone else?

Dizziness has nothing to do with light. It has to do with the water that's in our inner ear that helps our balance. Sometimes when you move after being still or too quickly your body stops but the water keeps moving, that's what causes dizziness. It is a symptom of vertigo, but vertigo often comes with more symptoms as far as vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, nausea and more. Just keep track of your symptoms if they progress I'd ask the dr.
