Did they lie?

I was pregnant at 17 and my cousin knew my boyfriend. Long story short she was telling him to convince me to have an abortion but to my face she acted like she wanted me to keep the baby. I had a sonogram done and the ultrasound tech said something was wrong and my baby wasn't growing. Mind you the clinic was right under their house(my cousin and boyfriend lived together with his family) my bfs brothers gf and my cousin went to "see" the man for about 30 minutes while I waited outside. I feel like they bribed the man to tell me something was wrong with my baby because I wanted to keep the pregnancy and they were all against it. I cry everyday because o really wanted my baby. It seems so fishy that after having arguments with them all of a sudden something was wrong with my pregnancy. They made me believe that all of the symptoms I was having was because the baby was dying but that wasn't the case it was actually normal. I was so young and that was my first pregnancy. I was scared to tell my mom and they were the only one i at least thought I could trust. The tech told me I had to get an emergency d&c and I did even tho I didn't want to but he said if I didn't I could die or both me and my child would die so I did it. After the d&c the doctor that performed the procedure said that my baby didn't look like a baby that wasn't growing. I'm just so suspicious that they lied to to me and tricked me into getting that d&c And I haven't gotten pregnant after that which worries me a lot (This didn't happen in America) it happened in a country where people will do anything just for money
