I noticed there are girls on here who get Pap smears despite being a virgin which I found strange because I was under the impression that you're supposed to get your first one 2 years after you start having sex.

Yes, definitely. If you're under 21 it's not needed but people who choose abstinence have much higher rates of cervical cancer since they don't realize they should be getting Pap smears.

It's either 21 years of age or when your sexually active. My doctor doesn't do them until you're 21 regardless of sexual activity. Some doctors just go thing differently.
