Stomach pain with back pain ?

So I just got done eating and every time I do my stomach feels in pain... I barely ate half my food and my stomach feels like I have cramping pains some are sharp side pains, plus my lower back is hurting and I'm very sleepy/fatigued ?

Are these signs of pregnancy?

I've had this issue but it was my gallbladder. Never had the symptoms when pregnant . I'd see your doc just incase

Sounds like gall bladder to me, go to the dr (how soon depends on how painful) some people need emergency surgery

You should look into rheumatoid arthritis. I always have that happen to me.. I got diagnosed in March.
