Anybody who took a long time to conceive, but finally did, what was the main thing you did differently that month?

Answer

A few things. I took us 10 months to conceive. I started going back to the gym in January and had lost about 7 pounds. I also stopped using opk tests the month before. I got pretty good at spotting ovulation signs so I stopped using them. I also started taking a new supplement the month we conceived called rhodiola.
