Don't want the baby

What do I do? My ex and I are trying to repair our relationship and I got pregnant. Initially he was like let's get married now he's saying stuff about the reason we broke up blah blah blah. So long story short he wants me to get an abortion because "we" aren't ready to be parents and he was like he still has career things to do? But that's not what I want but at the same time I'm confused as well??? I went to the clinic but I left he texted today asking did I do and he feels I'm having second thoughts. He supposed to call later too talk
