Should the government subsidise "mummy makeovers"?

I've just recently come across a petition that states women should be entitled to 1 makeover in their life that is subsidised by the government. She can choose to have it after any child but she only gets it once. No face lifts or anything, just plastic surgery of the body which can include:

- breasts (natural and to proportion)

- vagiplasty

- liposuction

- tummy tucks

- removal of spider/varicose veins

- etc.

The creator of the petition feels it's the government's responsibility to "restore every woman's self esteem and sexuality".

What are your thoughts on this ladies? I personally think it's ridiculous but it has about 10,000 supporters so I'm intrigued
