Reglan??

My dr prescribed me reglan to help with my milk supply. Anyone ever taken this? Did it help? Any negative side effects?

Keep in mind when women talk about the 'side effects' of Reglan, they may be talking about the actual intended use of the drug. It is a stomach and GI motility drug (see: mega diarrhea💩) and a SIDE EFFECT in some women is milk production. My doctor asked if I wanted it and based on lifelong GI problems, I said no after researching it.

My sister in law used this and her recommendation is take it before bed at night otherwise it will make you super tired.

I tried it for a few days and it made me super tired and a little light headed at times. I stopped taking it and am switching to formula and pumping what I can.

I was prescribed that but never took it. The possible side effects freaked me out, not to mention what they may have been for the baby. I just ended up using formula.
