Cant Get eatten Out

I love the feeling of getting eaten out and my bf loves the taste! But every time, I get a yeast infection. Any one have an ideas on how I could avoid those and still have him Australian kiss me?? I always have to use some over the counter cleaner to get the itchiness to leave:((
