Glucose test question
My doctor told me to fast 4 hours before it (I'm doing my 1 hour test tomorrow morning before my doctor appointment) and I'm leaving home and going straight to the lab. So I won't have anything on my stomach for sure.
But can I drink a little water at all? Or will it mess up my test too?
