35 weeks but measuring at 37?

Question

I'm 35 and 4 weeks but my OB said I'm measuring at 37 weeks. He told me "slightly bigger than average," however, won't move my due date (June 9th). 
I'm having a hard time walking very much at all due to really bad swelling in one of my ankles but he doesn't seem to care about this either... 
Should I bug him about moving my due date or just leave it be?

Past a certain age, they don't move due dates much anymore.  You're just considered to be having a larger baby.  Besides, it doesn't matter much what your due date is on paper.  Barring induction, baby comes when baby is ready.  And last menstrual period is a more accurate due date marker than baby's size late in the pregnancy.

I'd ask if I were you for an ultrasound to figure out why you're measuring big.  If the baby is just big then that's fine, but if it's a lot of excess fluid or something causing you to be 'bigger' then that needs to be known before you deliver!  Can cause complications...

The past 2 ultrasoubds I've had, she's measured 2 wks ahead (even though my fundal height was on track for 34wks) they haven't said anything about changing my date. Said us measurements could be off by a lb or 2 either way, but will continue to monitor her growth.

Fundal height or ultrasound? I've heard Fundal height can be off and be caused by how the baby is laying or excess fluid. So if it's based on that I wouldn't worry about moving your due date. But if it's by ultrasound I think he would change it if it needed to be.
