UPDATE(I need help in ozs/Ibs) 
I go back to work this week. 7-4:30 my little is 3 month old or 15weeks. She's about 14 pounds. How much should I send with her to daycare each day?

For breastmilk you do. Weight x 150 (minimum amount) or 180 (maximum amount) then divided the number by how many feeds bub has per day. 
For example. My 5 month old is 5kgs so 5x180=900 %8 feeds per day = 112.5mls
