Could this be implantation?

So my period is already 3 days late. I am always regular 28/29 so this is weird for me. I started spotting today. It was a pink & light red but only there when I wiped. There was not enough for a pad or tampon & none got in my panties. Could this be implantation bleeding this late? Could this be normal pregnancy bleeding even though I've gotten negative tests?
