My baby girl is 3 weeks old and we've been using powder similac advance with no issues. I was given some condensed similac advance and have been using it for two nights. She has also been really stuffy with lots of snot so nice been using saline mist and suctioning her. I do think she swallows some of the saline. Today about 20 minutes after her feeding, she projectile vomited about two bottles worth. No fever or any other symptoms. I think it could be the condensed formula but maybe the saline or from nasal drainage? It really scared me but she has eaten since then and has been fine. I called the ped and they said just to offer 1-2 ounces every 15-30 minutes. Any advice or input?
