Trying to stay positive
ER today. Only got 3 eggs as my right ovary had flipped over, so surgeon said only way to eggs from right side would have been to puncture a hole through the uterus. We're doing to do fresh 3 day transfers, so despite being high from the IV sedative & lying on the table in the OR, I said hell no, no punching holes anywhere.
Am kinda sad that we only got 3 eggs, but as my husband pointed out, we got 8 last time and those all failed to make it to Day 5 so numbers don't mean everything.
Maybe these 3 are super healthy & hardy. I just need two to make it to Day3 transfer and one to freezing!
