How many is to many??

Hi ladies! I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant. I've been having Braxton hicks contractions for a few weeks here and there but today I've had a lot! Maybe like 30 if I had to guess. They are not coming regularly but I'm getting a little nervous because of how many I've had... I know I should call my dr if I'm concerned but it's 9:00pm here right now and they are not open. I will call in the morning if they continue. Has anyone had this? Is it normal?

Thanks ladies! I probably was a little dehydrated. I'm on my 3rd glass of water and haven't had anymore so far. I had a super busy day and just didn't think about drinking I guess. 😘😘

Drink lots of water like everyone else said. My OB told me if I get more then 4-6 in one hour to go to the ER because it could be preterm labor at that point.

Chug some water and try to relax. Dehydration and over activity can be big culprits in causing Braxton hicks.

It could be a sign of dehydration so drink up.

Definitely drink some water and lay down, during my last pregnancy if I didn't stay super super hydrated, I would get bh like this, water and rest should help!
