Is pregnancy a burden for women?

The other day someone on here made a comment about how pregnancy is a burden and women 'haven't been forgiven for the sins of <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a>' and that's why it's women that get pregnant/have to give birth and not the men and that essentially, pregnancy is a form of sexism and oppression.

I personally think this is absolutely ridiculous but feel free to share your opinions.
