Feeling extremely overwhelmed

So while I've known about my pregnancy since very early on due to an intuition and a positive pregnancy test at 3w1d I just had my 1st appointment today at 8w 2d and ultrasound. My jelly bean has a strong 176 BPM heart rate. However, I can't explain the extreme overwhelming feeling I've had since SEEING my baby's heartbeat. It's like NOW it's REAL. I'm newly married and the pregnancy test was done the day before our wedding. My only child is almost 15! My husband has two adult children from a prior marriage (ended over 15 years ago). Yes I am happy but still I am so nervous, so scared, so confused, filed with so many emotions and somehow shocked! Anyone else get this feeling or some, or maybe in a similar situation?
