Going to OB in 2 days. Advice for my first OB appointment

I'm pregnant for the first time, and from my calculations I'm about 8 weeks along. I'm sure the dr will tell me otherwise but I have a pretty good idea of when I conceived our little one. And have been dying for this appointment to come but I'm getting nervous now because I'm not sure what to expect! Should I expect something similar to a papsmear? Or is it completely different. I have a list of questions I want to ask my dr when I go (about 20 questions) and don't know what I really need to be concerned with. If you have any guidance as to how your first OB appointment went please let me know. And stuff you wish you would've asked your OB at the first appointment! THank you!
