Worried 😕

So my last cycle I went 45 days before starting AF and it was 3 days of really heavy flow. Now today I woke up to AF after 22 days. I started spotting 6 DPO then AF at CD 22. 😞 I'm not sure what is going on. I had been consistent for months at 28 days. Then in the past few months it's been so off.

Thoughts?
