Did Mirena give you acne?

Hi ladies! Im considering getting the Mirena IUD but I'm very concerned about acne. I tend to break out right before my period, so I'm hoping that the IUD will decrease my acne by decreasing the wild swings in my hormones. Would love to hear your experience! Thank you!
