Anyone heard or taking these prenatal vitamins? I'm 8 weeks and some change and have been taking the prenatal vitamins the military gives you until my friend said those are full of junk and chemicals. She recommded the RAW prenatals, just curious about any review on this kind. Says 3 pills a day, I don't know if I can remember 3 times a day especially since I'm not eating 3 meals. Any info would be great :) thank you!
