Threatened miscarriage

Yesterday I was diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage at 9 weeks 6 days as had  heavy bleeding at weekend - had scan at Epu and they don't know  why I am bleeding but seen baby with strong heartbeat and is measuring bang on - have been put on bed rest for the next 10 days as doctor said if I can make it through them with no cramping or passing clots I have a good chance of not having a miscarriage as risk goes down - was just wondering has anyone else experienced this and had a positive outcome ? Xx
