So had an appointment today and my doctor just told me i need to eat more because i havent gained enough.! like i was so shocked because i feel bigger and i think im eating more than usual but she said i need to gain 3-4 pounds for my next appointment in 4 weeks lol and everyone was shocked im 19 weeks they were all like your not even showing lol but heard my baby heartbeat and everything seemed good 💙
